For situations such as basements, over concrete slabs or over radiant heat where you cannot use a nail down floor, we carry engineered and floating floors.
Engineered wood floors are real wood wear layer over a plywood base. Engineered wood will expand and contract less than solid wood flooring during fluctuations in humidity and temperature. The top layer of engineered wood flooring consists of high-quality wood. Some engineered flooring can be resanded and finished, some can be screened. Most engineered wood flooring can be installed above, on or below grade.
